Tried of playing the guess game?

Are you forever trying to guess what is going on your man’s mind, do you feel that you are fighting a losing battle every time you ask him for his opinion.  Here at weddingxtras.co.uk we would like to give you an insight to the mind of your man and to help with any worries you may have with regards to his priorities.

So you’re probably thinking the things on his mind are stag do, beer and stag do.  And you are most properly right but the other factors the men think about are the speeches and suits.  These three things will be in the forefront of your man’s mind, as these are the three things all grooms dread.  Will they be stripped naked to a lapost?  How do you stand in front of 100+ guests and reduce them to tears with a movable speech? And lastly they certainly don’t want to look like a butler when standing to next to their gorgeous wife.

It is a challenge to get your man involved in wedding preparations but if you know the basic tools you can find your man being involved in every aspect of the wedding plan, we at  weddingxtras.co.uk have advised the do’s and don’ts:

Do – all the research and then pass the top 3 for your man to make the final decision
Don’t – ask him to do the research

Do – respond with compliments
Don’t – patronise him

Do – ask him what he would like to get involved in
Don’t – tell him what he is doing and when

Do – allow some ‘him’ time
Don’t – allow everything to become about the wedding

Do – have fun with ideas
Don’t – dismiss every idea your man comes up with

If you still feel your man’s heart and soul isn’t into the wedding then just think back to the moment he proposed:-

Do realise how much your man agonised over making the most perfect proposal to you

Don’t think your wedding is second best to football if he has agreed to marry you between August – May

And most importantly tell him that as long as he shows up and all the people you love are there then that is all that matters to you, because as soon as you start getting caught up in the little things, he will start to lose interest and the arguments will commence.
